Next Day Air ,Next Day Air Saver ,Next Day Air Early A.M., 2nd Day Air ,3 Day Select Service are available for an additional charge.
Availability
Most orders ship within 2-5 business days directly from distribution center that stock the particular item you ordered.
Post Office Boxes
Sorry, orders cannot be shipped to P. O. Boxes or C.O.D. A physical street address is required.
Email Confirmation
E-mail Confirmation will be sent to you after your order is placed confirming your order. We will notify you by e-mail with any issues or if your order appears to be backordered and give you options to proceed and keep the order in place, change, or cancel your order. Then you will receive e-mail with tracking information when made available. We update our system daily to keep information as accurate as possible.

As a courtesy, if you exchange an item for equal or greater value, we will not charge restocking fee.

- We cannot receive merchandise that has been installed.
- We do not accepted returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To return an item, email info@artelamps.com with your order number, name, phone number, and reason of the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Must be made within 7 days of receipt of your shipment. After the 10 days of receipt of your shipment, NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES can be made. All shipping charges on returns are non-returnable.
- Must arrive back in manufacturer’s original packaging with all accessories and in resalable condition.
- All Returns Merchandise are shipped at the customer’s expense.
- Must be fully insured and trackable.
