Sales Tax

Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the State of Massachusetts (5%).We do not charged sales tax on any orders shipped to other locations.

Cancellations

Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, there is a short period of time in which you may make changes or cancel your order.

If you need to cancel or make changes to an order, please call us within 1 hour from when you placed the order. Most orders are processed the same day, so we need to know as soon as possible to cancel or make changes to your order.

ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED BY EMAIL OR VOICEMAIL.

Damaged Merchandise

Before accepting your delivery, you are required to inspect each and every item for damage merchandise .Any damaged merchandises that were not noted at delivery must be reported immediately in receiving the merchandise or the freight company will automatically deny any and claims and the merchandise will not be eligible for return.

If you should receive merchandise that is damaged in–transit, please call us at 617-852-2601 immediately with your order number, model number, name, tracking number and phone number. We will file a claim with the carrier and order a replacement item for you.

Defective Merchandise

If for any reason your merchandise is received as defective, please notify us immediately and it will be picked up and replaced at our expense.

Processing Credit Card Refund

Once the returned is received back to our returns department, please allow 3-5 business days for our Credit Department to issue a refund less restocking fees and shipping costs.
